Board of Directors breaking ground

For more than 30 years HCHC has been at the forefront of providing service enriched housing to the most vulnerable in our community.  From being one of the first organizations to provide housing and services to our low-income neighbors living with HIV/AIDS to addressing the needs of the homeless, seniors and families during the current pandemic, we have delivered compassion, dignity and opportunity for people from all walks of life.

We hope that our commitment becomes your commitment and together we can change lives for the better. We hope that as we extend a hand to support our neighbors, we can count on old and new friends to add their weight to ensure our hand does not falter and all in need receive the services they deserve.  Please join us in Building Stories of Hope.
