Last night HCHC’s Gramercy Place Apartments received the “Senior Housing Development of the Year” award at the Homes Within Reach Awards virtual ceremony organized by SCANPH.
This award recognizes a noteworthy development in Los Angeles that serves the needs of the senior population.
Gramercy Place Apartments was completed in May of 2021 and it is one of the first developments funded in part by Proposition HHH, providing much-needed housing options to low-income and homeless seniors in one of America’s most expensive housing markets. The 64-unit development offers 58 one-bedroom and 6 two-bedroom units.
We want to thank all of our partners including Kevin Daly Architects, Walton Construction and Housing Works. Â We are also grateful to our community partners including the United Neighborhoods Neighborhood Council and the Amazing Grace Conservatory.
