HCHC’s Gramercy Place Apartments is honored with a 2020 design award from AIA|LA

We are excited to announce that HCHC’s Gramercy Place Apartments, designed by Kevin Daly Architects, received an Award of Merit from the Los Angeles chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA LA) in the Next LA commercial/mixed use development category. The 70,000SF property includes 64 new apartments for senior (55+) earning less than 60% of the County’s median income, 2,900SF of commercial space, community spaces, and a plaza along Washington Blvd.
