From the Latham & Watkins blog:
Congratulations to DJ Moore for being recognized by the Hollywood Community Housing Corporation for his tireless efforts and support to help secure the development of a 100% affordable housing apartment complex in Hollywood called the Coronel Apartments. DJ and Latham’s Project Siting & Approvals Practice, including Jennifer Roy and Dan Green, provided approximately 1,000 hours of pro bono work on the project and were instrumental in preparing the project’s Environmental Impact report (EIR), representing HCHC during the administrative land use process, and negotiating the settlement to a California Environmental Quality Act lawsuit.
DJ was honored with a plaque that will be hung in the complex’s community room for residents and visitors to see. A duplicate plaque was given to Latham as a reminder of the outstanding pro bono work Latham provides and the impact it has on our communities.
Thank you
