Palm Vista Apartments is a 91-unit project with a mix of one- and two-bedrooms for families and individuals. 89 apartments will be income restricted, of which 54 will be reserved for households with special needs (earning at or below 30% AMI), 35 apartments will be set aside for low-income households (earning at or below 50% of AMI). 2 two-bedroom apartments will be for on-site resident managers. Amenities will include community spaces, onsite laundry, and open spaces.

Palm Vista Apartments
The Palm Vista Application Window is now closed. We will be holding the computerized lottery for all general affordable units on Thursday May 18th, 2023. Selected applicants will be contacted, via email or phone or USPS mail within 45 days from the lottery. If you have not been selected, you will be given a waitlist number and added to the waitlist for Palm Vista. The Accessla website will also be updated with applicant's waitlist position. This waitlist will be utilized for future vacancies at Palm Vista Apartments.
Palm Vista Apartments has 91-units comprised of 58 one-bedrooms and 33 two-bedrooms. Two units are for on-site managers.
There are 16 accessible units (11 Mobility units and 5 Sensory units).
Household sizes are from one to five people with annual household incomes up to $64,350 and up to 50% AMI. Note: Income and Rent limits are adjusted each year by the State to account for economic factors such as inflation.
