Hollywood Community Housing broke ground on the Florence Mills Apartments in South Los Angeles on February 28, 2019. This development will provide 74 apartments and 5,000 SF of commercial retail space to be used for businesses such as a restaurant, cafe, or small clinic. Nineteen of these apartments will be permanent supportive housing (PSH) for veterans supported with VASH and Project Based Vouchers.
